This Participant Terms, Brand Usage & Content Release Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the TekWissen® Mannequin Challenge.
The Challenge invites registered participants or teams to create and submit a mannequin-style video within the announced campaign period and deadline. By registering for or submitting content to the Challenge, the participant agrees to comply with the terms below.
Every submission must follow a clear registration → creation → posting flow. Missing the deadline means missing the chance.
Eight clear clauses that define how the Mannequin Challenge runs — read carefully before you submit.
Posted content must be appropriate for a professional corporate brand and suitable for public distribution.
Participants must not intentionally create, publish, edit, caption, tag, or distribute any content that misrepresents TekWissen or associates the TekWissen name or brand with offensive, unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Participants must not make statements on behalf of TekWissen unless specifically authorized.
TekWissen reserves the right to review and remove every post that violates the rules.
Participants must keep confidential about any non-public information received from TekWissen in connection with the Challenge.
Participants must not disclose, publish, forward, reproduce, or distribute confidential information except as authorized by TekWissen.
TekWissen may disqualify a participant or team for any of the following:
TekWissen may terminate or modify the Challenge if operational, legal, safety, platform, or other circumstances require it. Disqualification may occur before or after posting if a violation is subsequently identified.
